Her son, Skonda József (1824-before 1874) married in Breznóbánya, yet as carpenter.

Ten years after his marriage, we found him in Betlér, as factory manager in count Andrássy Manó’s factory.

From that time, the fate of family is connected with the industrialization of the country, and the development of the iron industry in the region of Borsod-Nógrád county, needed by the building of railway.

Occurring the settling the iron manufacture in the region of Ózd, Salgótarján, Borsodnádasd, the family moved to this region too. His wife also has died in Borsodnádasd, as widow of a roller mill’s worker. The time of her death is unknown.

To raise the two infant became the duty of the eldest of the tree orphan (István 24, László 17, Ilma 14). The children stuck together till the end of their life.
István
became a locomotive driver.

This was a financially safety profession in that time.
His son,
István (1850-1910 appr.) becomes locomotive driver too.

The family moved to
Debrecen. The children chose intellectual occupation.

His son,
Károly, started as a skilful wood engraver. Thanks to his talent, he became the head of the coin department of the mint in Budapest. His sister, Jolan, was a skilful painter of porcelain. His sister, Margit started as promising painter, but unfortunately died an early death. The three children died without descendant.
This family brunch Hungarionized in 1934, to Selmeczi.

His son,
László (1860-1937) became first a locomotive driver, later inspector of locomotives. On the turn of the century hi taught the locomotive drivers, as member of teaching staff of the engine house in Kolozsvár. Later he become the head of Keleti Főműhely (Eastern Main Repair Shop), and put his knowledge in a book. (A Westinghouse-fék kezelése és az üzemben előforduló hibák kiküszöbölése, {The handling of the Westinghouse brakes, and the fixing the errors, occurring in use, 1912}). He was among the founders of Rákosliget in 1907, the family still living in the house, hi bought.

He had only female descendants. His daughter,
Olga, also had a skilful hand, painted porcelain and handkerchiefs. The grandchildren chose teacher, economist and other professions. One grandson and his descendants are living in Germany

His daughter, Ilma (1867-1914) was a postmaster in Körösladány, and Tüköry Lajos, the freedom fighter hero became her brother-in –low. Her son, Károly, was pharmacist, and had praxis in different parts of Erdély (Transylvania).

She had two daughters and one son, who lived in Erdély. Among her descendents were solicitors teacher, architect, and so on.

The female descendants moved from Erdély to
Germany (Heilbronn, Eberstadt).

One male descendant is working in

There is descendant also, who moved from Erdély to Baja.
